Children's Leadership Team

Our Children's Leadership Team is made up of Year 6 pupils. They wrote a letter of application for a role or roles of responsibility they wished to fulfil, delivered a presentation, attended an interview with an external panel. In addition to all of this, they were voted in by their peers. The process is set out so they can understand the world of employment as well as incorporating a democratic voting process.

Over this academic year our incredible leadership team have driven forward some big changes in the school and created a presentation to the governors to share everything they have been busy doing.
